Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has imposed sanctions against Dmitry Punin and other Russians linked to the Pin-Up online casinoZelensky has enacted a decision by the National Security and Defense Council on sanctions against Russians linked to the Pin-Up online casino.
Restrictions for 10 years were imposed against citizens of the aggressor country Dmitry Punin, who lives in Cyprus, as well as Ivan Bannikov and Alexander Matyashov. Their assets will be blocked.

Sanctions have also been put into effect against the following entities associated with this online casino:

WI BLACK-WOOD LIMITED (Cyprus);

CARLETTA NV (Curaçao).

These restrictions will also last for 10 years.
In addition, Zelensky introduced another sanctions list, which includes, among others, Alexander Boguslaev, son of the former president of Motor Sichi, as well as former MP Igor Mosiychuk.
On December 5, 2024, the State Bureau of Investigation reported suspicions of laundering Russian money and aiding and abetting an aggressor state to three Russian citizens — the beneficial owners of Pin-Up online casino, as well as two Ukrainian citizens — the director and owner of the trademark and domain.
On February 14, 2025, the DBI detained the director of the company operating in Ukraine under the brand of Pin-Up online casino.
